Exchange & Returns Policy
EXCHANGE
No refund option is available, however, within 7 days of arrival if the item does not fit and is unworn, you will be granted the chance to choose another shoe of a different size or colour.
If the price of the chosen shoe is lower, the remaining amount spent will be voided, but if the price is higher, the additional amount will be charged.

RETURN
If your product has any visible defects, is faulty, and/or was incorrectly packaged, it may qualify for a return. As compensation, we will offer a new product or store credit. In the event where the product is out of stock, you will be eligible for a reimbursement.

NOTE: We don't accept returns for products purchased at department stores, specialty stores or websites other than https://www.cipelamansion.com.
REFUND
All sales are final and no refund will be applicable unless after a series of assessments by us, we conclude we are at fault. Refunds are only subject to order error, faulty or production issues with the shoes.
