WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Our goal is to meet the delivery date quoted at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your item(s) have shipped.

You can check the status of your order here. Please have your Order Number and billing zip code ready. You can also see your tracking information from ARAMEX tracking website.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If your product has any visible defects, is faulty, or was incorrectly packaged, it may qualify for a return. You can return online orders by mail or at a store. Email us at orders@cipelamansion.com to request the return form. Most merchandise can be returned within 7 days of the purchase received. Please note that if the purchased items are torn, unclean, or on sale, they cannot be returned. You can read the return policy here.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away, so we can't make changes to an order once it is placed. If you have any questions about your order please contact us.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Some may take 72 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed Malaysia public holidays. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
