Size Guide
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT?
Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel against a straight edge. Position a ruler alongside your foot, ensuring it touches the straight edge your heel touches. Measure the length in millimetres from the tip of your longest toe (which may not be your big toe) to your heel. For accurate sizing, use this measurement to refer to our size chart in centimetres. All our footwear follows European sizing and runs wide.

WHY DOES THE SAME SHOE SIZE FIT DIFFERENTLY IN DIFFERENT STYLES?
Feet vary, but our shoes are designed for consistent fit across styles. Fit may differ based on materials—patent leather might feel tighter than suede. Leather can stretch over time to mould to your foot. In-store, we measure both foot length and circumference to find your size. While we can't cater to every individual measurement, we offer many styles in half sizes and different widths to ensure a good fit.
I LOVE HIGH HEELS, BUT THEY MAKE THE ARCHES OF MY FOOT ACHE. WHAT CAN I DO?
Wedges or platform shoes provide heel height with less strain on the arch. The thicker sole under the forefoot reduces the angle of the arch, making them more suitable if comfort is your priority!
I HAVE SLIM FEET. WHICH STYLES WOULD SUIT ME?
People with slim feet and a low instep may benefit from using an insole to reduce excess space inside the shoe as our shoes do run wider. This is especially helpful for shoes without secure fastenings, such as court shoes.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH WIDTH FITTING IS BEST FOR ME?
Our standard fit is a D for women’s shoes and a G for men’s. If your big toe or small toes feel pinched or sore, consider trying a wider fit.
